For teams that operate SOBERAN directly. Scope follows the products, users, entities, and capabilities required.
SOBERAN commercial model

Ways to work with SOBERAN
The commercial structure follows who operates the workflow and what is being delivered. Every engagement defines the included capabilities, measurement method, operating responsibility, and support level before launch.
For teams that operate SOBERAN directly. Scope follows the products, users, entities, and capabilities required.
For workflows SOBERAN operates for you. The commercial unit follows a verified result, such as work processed or resolved.
For operations where your team uses the platform while SOBERAN runs selected workflows end to end.
For multi-entity or complex environments that require tailored integrations, governance, service levels, and rollout.
How your rate is scoped
A single public number would hide the decisions that matter. We define the commercial structure after understanding four things:
Book a meetingWhat your team will operate, what SOBERAN will run, and where responsibility changes hands.
Expected throughput, seasonality, service windows, and demand variability.
Decision paths, exception rates, languages, channels, and approval rules.
The tools, data, integrations, permissions, and controls required to operate.
Always made explicit
Defined in discovery
From conversation to production
In a short working session, we map the current process, systems, volume, and desired outcome.
Together we agree on the outcome unit, verification rule, guardrails, and operating scope.
We configure and run the agent, then report on completed outcomes and operating quality.

FAQ
SOBERAN uses three commercial models: platform licenses, managed agent services tied to agreed outcomes, and hybrid engagements that combine both. The right structure is scoped during discovery based on responsibility, capabilities, volume, complexity, systems, and controls.
It can be either—or both. Platform engagements include licensed access for teams operating SOBERAN directly. Agent Services engagements are managed by SOBERAN and can be billed by verified outcomes. Hybrid engagements combine platform access with selected workflows operated by our team.
The engagement includes discovery, workflow configuration, supported integrations, production operation, continuous tuning, outcome reporting, and a dedicated Agent Operations Manager.
No. SOBERAN can operate on your existing CRM, ERP, contact-center, commerce, and support systems through supported integrations.
We review one workflow, its current volume and exceptions, the systems involved, and what a verified outcome means to your team. From that, we can define the right operating and commercial scope.
