Oscar Giraldo
Founder · Technology entrepreneur
Oscar Giraldo is a Colombian technology entrepreneur and the founder of SOBERAN. He began his career as a software developer and has spent more than a decade building B2B software for complex customer operations.
He founded Playvox in 2012 and led it from Colombia into a global customer-experience software company. Playvox grew to more than 350 customers, raised over $50 million, and was acquired by NICE in 2024.
At SOBERAN, Oscar brings that operator-first experience to a broader problem: connecting ERP, CRM, Contact Center, and AI so companies can move faster without losing human judgment or control.
